Professional Expertise and Experience
Specialising in project management in the delivery of responsible infrastructural development, the experience and expertise of CEO Reneé Hulley and directors, Malcolm Biggar and Mel Clark, is the ideal blend of skills to achieve this objective. Reneé Hulley has a Master’s degree in Town and Regional Planning and has a distinguished record in this field, in positions at iLembe District Municipality, and the KZN Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs.
Malcolm Bigger is a professional civil engineer and project manager with experience in engineering, construction and property development. He is also a specialist in built environment projects which focus on the use and development of small, medium and micro enterprises and labour-intensive methodologies. Mel Clark’s extensive experience in economic development and investment finance are demonstrated in his track-record as CEO of the KZN Economic Council and the KZN Growth Fund Managers and head of the KZN Department of Economic Development.
