This workshop is valuable for leaders, managers and staff who need to communicate verbally or write in a professional manner.

Firms, businesses and organisations often state that poor communication is a major problem. Improve your skills and you'll get better results when communicating verbally and in writing. This applies to external and internal communication. 
Through participating effectively in this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Feel more confident when communicating.
  • Know how to quickly and easily organise information for speeches, letters, reports etc.
  • Save time when preparing verbal and written communication.
  • Apply and practise a simple formula using your own examples during the workshop.
  • Confidently use that formula for verbal communication - getting your point across to one person, speaking in front of a group, doing presentations, participating in meetings.
  • Graciously and confidently respond when asked to 'say a few words'. Use the same versatile formula for written communication - letters (business and personal), notices, magazine articles and reports.
  • Add life to presentations.
  • Checking that the right messages are sent.
