• To speak at the correct rate and use pauses properly.

About the presenter:

Glenda has been involved in the ‘communication world’ for more that 30 years and trained through the Durban Speech Academy. She has performed on stage, worked in radio and television, worked for the Daily News for eight years and spent time in advertising. Her present focus is coaching people to improve their communication skills. She is a member of the Professional Speakers Association and has presented at many corporate events.
