Durban Chamber - Work Readiness Programme for first time employees - 27 September 20182018-09-03 This one-day work readiness programme is a partnership between the Leadership Dialogue and the Durban Chamber of Commerce and Industry NPC.
The intention is to build core competencies that young people need to be productive and successful in their working worlds.
Session 1: Who am I? Delegates will gain a deeper understanding of themselves. Session 2: Delegates will face their challenges and navigate through and beyond them. Lunch Session 3: Delegates will learn the skill of how to thrive. Session 4: Delegates will learn the conduct that companies want and how to fulfil these requirements.
