The iLembe Chamber of Commerce, in cooperation with Edge Training, invites you to a full-day workshop on Service Excellence â€" enabling you or your staff to exceed expectations of both external and internal customers.

Our Service Excellence workshop provides the techniques you need to ensure customer satisfaction. Your customers will know you are taking the extra step to surpass their expectations.

Who should attend: Business owners or employees who want to improve the quality of their service, especially marketing and sales personnel including retail assistants.
