In order to provide the best possible service, Bondsource has agreements with various Estate Agents and Estate Agency companies to process applications.
The role of the company is to liaise with financial institutions, Banks andAttorneys on behalf of the client. Bond Originators earn their fees by way of commission from the banks. In the process of earning this payment, the Bond Originator gathers the required information on a comprehensive application, with all the supplementary documents needed for the transaction.
Experience and Knowledge
The experienced staff at Bondsource Mortgages are hand-picked from the banking and property industries for their extensive knowledge of the home buying process. They are supported by state-of-the-art technology that enables electronic submissions of bond applications and transparent tracking of each loan throughout the process. The electronic platform used is Comcorp which is an extremely sophisticated software package, providing the essential interface between Bond Originators and Banks.
Franchise Division
The company has recently a started a Franchise division, which has been very successful with four franchises already operating. Bondsource is a registered Franchise Association of SouthernAfrica ( FASA) member, being one of only two BondOrigination companies in SouthAfrica affiliated to FASA.Franchisees are awarded an exclusive area and/or market sector in which to operate. The first branch outside KwaZulu-Natal, was successfully opened in East Rand (Boksburg) in the first half of 2008.

Social Responsibility
Bondsource has found that focusing on supporting the schools in the areas in which they operate has helped to give them a sense of belonging in the community. The Company has begun sponsoring ‘development’ teams in various sports, one being beach volleyball. They are also in the process of offering some of the poorer government schools scoreboards for their fields & gym equipment. Soccer balls have also been donated to three of the nearby schools.
