The iLembe Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with Trio Training, invites you and/or your staff to our Professional Business Communication and Etiquette Workshop which will be held on the 13th of July 2016 in Ballito.

The workshop will enable you to:

• Understand and apply the different styles of communication
• Be a good conversationalist and improve pronunciation
• Improve e-mail etiquette, report writing, proposals, and improve grammar in writing and speaking  
• Improve your conduct during meetings and at social events as well as
• Dress appropriately for business.
