HIRSCH'S AND DEFY'S JUNIOR SUPER CHEF COMPETITION

As this is the first time we have held something like this on a National basis, it has taken a while to fine tune, but we’re on track!

• You have the forms in your shops – and they’re online as well. You will receive a new, more concise form shortly.
•  
• There will be ONE heat in each branch in each region.
•  
• Ten children will be chosen to cook in each branch – and there will be ONE finalist per branch.
• Finalists from each branch will take part in the cook off in JULY (see attached for dates)
• Defy are supplying us with TEN microwave air oven’s for the comp.
•  
• Warren will take the microwaves to each branch.  He will set up with the branch PRO. Warren will work with the DEFY Consumer Ambassador with regards to recipes for the children to use (they will have a choice of 3 recipes to choose from) It’s advisable to have a Kids Cooking School on board to help out – we are happy to give them publicity.

• Prizes will be awarded at BRANCH LEVEL and of course to the Winner.
