KPMG Tops the List of the World's Best Outsourcing Advisors
KPMG International has moved up to the top spot, leading this year’s rankings of The World’s Best Outsourcing Advisors by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals® (IAOP®), a standards-setting and professional advocacy organisation.
Last year the firm ranked second on the IAOP list, which is comprised of 20 Advisory firms.
“We are delighted to receive this news and it reaffirms our commitment to provide the right expertise to our clients in a steadily growing African outsourcing market,†said Alida Taylor, Head of Shared Services and Outsourcing Advisory practice. “It is very gratifying when an independent organisation confirms that we are delivering value to both our clients and the profession, in this rapidly changing and complex environment.â€
To make the list, companies that provide consulting and legal advice to outsourcing buyers and sellers submitted applications covering various criteria, including customer satisfaction, size of revenues and global presence. An independent judging panel organised by the IAOP awarded the rankings.
“This is a significant accomplishment and is a result of the strategic investments our member firms have been making to further strengthen our global capabilities in the shared services and outsourcing areas,†added Mark A. Goodburn, Global Head of Advisory, KPMG International. “We are honoured to be recognised for working with the world’s leading organisations to create and protect the sustainable value of their businesses.â€
“In today’s economy, it is more important than ever for outsourcing end users to be able to easily identify and select the right company for their outsourcing needs,†said IAOP Chairman, Michael Corbett. “The Global Outsourcing 100 and The World’s Best Outsourcing Advisors lists are essential for companies who are looking for proven leaders and rising stars in the outsourcing industry.â€
The list of top outsourcing advisors will be published in the July 23rd issue of Fortune magazine in a special advertising feature produced by IAOP. To learn more about KPMG’s Shared Services and Outsourcing Advisory, please visit www.kpmg.com/us/best.
