They register their own new training company and, if truly serious about their business, embark on the accreditation journey. Once accreditation is awarded (and sometimes before then) they sit back, take a breath and realise that they may have skipped a few steps and are overwhelmed with questions. Our vision is to Capacity Build Training Providers and it is with that in mind that we are launching the JTandA Training Provider’s 3-month Mentoring Programme. Topics which will be covered How to find clients who need training Helping your clients design their Training Needs Analysis and job role competencies. How to apply for SETA Grants Helping your clients apply for the various grants â€" understanding what must be done and how to do it. How to cost your training correctly A look at the hidden costs that no one thinks about. Date: Starts on Thursday 20th September 2018 Duration: 3 months â€" two 2-hour sessions per month.
