The Annual Report details the financial performance of the Municipality and highlights some of the key achievements and challenges experienced over the last financial year.
The production of the Annual Report is a legal obligation in terms of the Municipal Finance Management Act. The Municipality also has an obligation to allow the public an opportunity to comment on the Annual Report before it is adopted by Council. In accordance with Section 21A of the Municipal Systems Act the local community is invited to make representations in connection with the tabled Draft Annual Report before 01 March 2015. The media is invited to attend the Full Council sitting.
