eThekwini Municipality - Youth to be empowered through interactive dialogue

To empower young people and engage on issues such as youth unemployment, empowerment and development, eThekwini Municipality’s Local History Museum will host the 2015 Youth Seminar and Dialogue.

The purpose of the seminar is to create a platform for the youth to interact and discuss issues affecting them as well as arm them with information about the various opportunities available to them when it comes to career choices and business development. The Dialogue also seeks to come up with solutions to address socio-economic challenges facing the youth today.

Speakers attending the event will include Ms Dumile Cele, CEO of Durban Chamber of Commerce, Dr Nomcebo Mthembu, Founder and Director of Indoni and Sbonelo Mbatha a young entrepreneur.
