eThekwini Municipality - Mayoral Matric Awards2018-01-25 Her Worship the Mayor, Cllr Zandile Gumede, will be awarding top matriculants from the eThekwini District, including top ten learners from previously disadvantaged schools who excelled in their matric 2017 examinations. Recognition will be given to schools that have obtained a 100% pass rate and those that have improved by 30% or more from previously disadvantaged schools with the most improved walking away with bursaries. Members of the media are invited to attend.
