Big Easy Wine Bar & Grill Durban, signature restaurant of South African golf icon Ernie Els â€" opened last night at Hilton Durban.  The former world number one and four time major winner known as Big Easy, was on hand to welcome friends, fans and partners, as well as lend a hand in the kitchen!

The new venue promises to be the perfect place to spend time friends and family, grabbing a drink after work, watching some sport and enjoying great food.  The menu consists of a combination of Ernie’s favourites and some local flavour with a twist, all authentic to South Africa and the city of Durban.
