Achieving Personal Excellence
Anneme Coetzee, the owner of Accelerated Business Excellence and True Awakenings Coaching & Training Centre, is passionate about helping individuals and businesses alike to understand themselves in a way that can ensure that you achieve personal excellence.
Anneme began her career in the financial sector and within two years, was entrusted with managing blue-chip clients and overseeing multi-million rand accounts. As a respected relationship manager at Imperial Bank, Anneme worked with high-level decision makers and stakeholders and this exposure and experience has positioned her as a credible and well-informed professional coach. She has a sound understanding of organisational challenges, the systems and processes of the business environment and the complexities which working with people across functions, locations and levels can bring.
Anneme has always believed that the more individuals understand about themselves, the better they can understand how they work with others. She established the True Awakenings Coaching and Training Centre in 2010 and her skills and expertise have enabled her to operate as a trusted mentor and coach to senior executives, entrepreneurs, consultants, supervisors and managers in the private and public sector.
Our Approach - Neuro Linguistic Programming
Neuro-Linguistic Programming [NLP] has emerged at the forefront of the skills development industry as the most powerful, practical and solution-focused method of creating a more engaged, results-driven organisation.
As an International Neuro Linguistics Trainer, Anneme provides support to enhance the skills, resources and creativity that her clients already have - and challenges assumptions and thoughts that are blocking or disabling them from moving forward.
NLP processes and tools have been carefully designed to rapidly shift limiting thought patterns and behaviours, enabling people to influence with integrity, lead with commitment and significantly improve their inter- and intrapersonal communication skills. "The most important thing to remember with regards to NLP is that our words don't describe the world we live in but rather they DETERMINE the world we live in."
