Support towards the Municipal Property Rates Act, 2004 (KwaZulu-Natal)
To enable municipalities to comply to the 2004 Property Rates Act (prior to 2008), the DBSA Development Fund supported the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Government with R3 079 000 in grant funding to support municipalities in investigating a Property Rates Management Information System including sourcing essential base information and best practice guidelines.
