The popular annual Adult Panto returns to Suncoast with this year’s production, the Wizard of Oz, from 6 November 2012 to 13 January 2013 in the SUNzone.  Presented in a Dinner Theatre format, this new and naughty take on a popular classic will take audiences to “the merry old land of Oz”, with humour and laughter as travelling companions.  

‘Madame Zingara’, is now in its third year at Suncoast, and continues to wow audiences with the current show, El Milagro, which runs until the end of December. News ‘hot off the press’ is that The Madame will host a special New Year show in Durban on 31 December, bringing 2012 to a dazzling close.  

The festive season is jam-packed with sporting fixtures guaranteed to keep the most ardent sports enthusiast happy.  Suncoast is proud of its association with Amazulu Football Club and the Sunfoil Dolphins cricket team. 

Cricket season is in full swing with the Sunfoil Dolphins taking on the Chevrolet Warriors on 5 December in the Momentum 1-Day Cup series, followed by a 5-Day Test against the Nashua Titans in the Sunfoil Series from 27 â€" 30 December.  The T20 series against New Zealand starts in Durban with a match on 21 December at Sahara Kingsmead.  For soccer fans, AmaZulu take on Bidvest Wits on 9 December at the iconic Moses Mabhida stadium. 

New Year’s Eve is the highlight of Durban’s holiday entertainment calendar…and Suncoast, undoubtedly the most exciting, vibrant and versatile venue in the City, at which to celebrate. With 22 restaurants and fast-food outlets, eight cinemas and kids entertainment, this occasion is not to be missed!  

The highlight of the evening is a spectacular fire-works display and celebration at midnight.  Make sure you have your place on the SUNCOAST Boardwalk and SUNdeck to bring in the New Year… in true SUNCOAST style!
