Puroshini Naidoo has been appointed as the Food & Beverage Manager at Suncoast Casino, Hotels & Entertainment.

Naidoo matriculated from Danville Park Girls’ High School and completed her tertiary qualification in Food & Beverage Management at the Durban University of Technology.  Naidoo began her career in 2004 as a Chef, and progressed rapidly through different positions, with a strong focus in Food and Beverage.

Puroshini has served in various positions within SUNCOAST including an Administrator and Payroll Master in the Food & Beverage department whilst performing her duties as a Food & Beverage Duty Manager.

After 3 years, Puroshini was promoted to Assistant Food and Beverage Manager and after a short 15 months takes up her newest position of Food and Beverage Manager. With a combined 10 years experience in the hospitality, gaming and entertainment industry, Naidoo says “I look forward to contributing my skills to this new post and I regard SUNCOAST as one of the best employers in the industry.”
