Established as an oil company of choice in sub-Saharan Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands, the Engen brand is being recognised more than ever by consumers, due to its novel service offerings and forecourt service that always puts motorists first. “We want to know as much as possible about our customers and what they want,†says Engen Sales & Marketing General Manager, Joe Mahlo. After research conducted to ascertain what motorists were looking for, the company launched new fuels last year, the Engen Primax Unleaded and Dynamic Diesel, to meet their needs. “We are humbled by the vote we have received, we take it as doing something right in making motorists’ journeys more enjoyable,†he says. “Our efforts to make our customers feel important have been recognised time and time again.
