PFK Electronics has completed the acquisition of Pi Shurlok and assumed control with immediate effect. Gary Stanton, Managing Director of PFK Electronics, stated â€œThis deal provides us with increased capacity, skills and manufacturing capabilities, as well as important economies of scale.
