The Board will hold an informal report-back meeting for Members in the Belvedere Room at 17h30 on Thursday, 23 October 2014.

The primary purpose of the meeting will be a report-back on the Beachwood project and generally the affairs of the Club.

Some Members may be aware that there is a group of Members who have been promoting a debenture scheme as a possible method of funding the Club’s capital debt and thus preventing the need for any changes to take place at Beachwood. The Board has agreed that the promoters of this project may address the Members at the meeting on the debenture scheme.

Important Announcements

We have 3 designated parking bays for the disabled and those with wheelchairs. These parking bays will be relocated to the left of the parking area in order for our security personal to assist members and visitors who make use of these parking areas. We respectfully request your co-operation in keeping these parking bays open for the purpose they are meant for. Please ask security for assistance in removing the orange cone.

We continue to experience a loss of towels from the Club. Members are reminded to refrain from removing towels from the change rooms at all times.

Due to the Rugby on Saturday, we are delighted to serve a curry in the Waterman room for better viewing of both games on the big screens. Please see the poster under Upcoming Events for more details.
