Since 1 May 2015 the Department of Trade & Industry have issued a number of Gazettes relating to the implementation of the Amended Codes, including notices of clarification, amendments to the Amended Codes, as well as draconian New Codes (including QSEs). At face value some aspects appear to be ‘unplayable’. This seminar will examine these controversial changes, and identify scorecard points that require urgent strategic implementation, decisions and actions.
