Apart from delivering quality qualifications across South Africa, Siyaya specialises in disability management, B-BBEE services, employment equity and skill development facilitation (SDF) services.

The Institute’s disability management programme provides employers with a mechanism to integrate and understand the employment of individuals with disabilities. The aim is to create an inclusive culture within the workplace environment. Siyaya has successfully completed a number of programmes around disability sensitisation in the workplace nationally at leading corporations.
