In an effort to ensure pleasurable visitor experiences, Ugu South Coast Tourism (USCT) has recently seen the first of many localised Information Kiosks or “Info Lapas” being erected in addition to boosting its social media platforms. 

The double sided lapas are going to be strategically placed throughout the greater South Coast and offer visitors ‘on-the-spot’ access to information by providing a map of the greater South Coast as well as a localized `you are here’ map, along with contact details of accommodation, activities and other relevant information that are found in the area. 

Please look out for these outdoor lapas at our key beach and hinterland sites. St Mikes and Margate are already installed, with Scottburgh, Pennington, Hibberdene, Port Shepstone (Umtentweni Beach), Shelly Beach, Ramsgate, Port Edward, Ezinqoleni and Harding to follow over the next few months.
