A leader and trailblazer, Zipho has presented in four continents, including a TEDx Talk in the USA on Africa's potential. In 2016, Zipho received the Outstanding Young Achiever Award from the UNESCO Center for Global Education. Zipho delivers inspiring keynotes and facilitated interventions on leadership, change management and Africa's potential. She has been featured in numerous publications worldwide and is published as a contributing author in Singapore in a book on inspirational women. 

Talita Ferreira - Keynote: How to thrive and lead from within with purpose for greater diversity, inclusion and success
Talita is an experienced C-Suite executive, non-executive director, entrepreneur, consultant, published author and international speaker with more than 22 years of corporate experience with global brands, including KPMG, Investec Bank, and BMW. Talita is the former CFO and CHRO of BMW UK Ltd. and BMW Financial Services UK Ltd. and worked in both the Automotive and regulated Financial Services Industries, in South Africa, Germany, England and Ireland. She is a NED with Ford Credit Europe Bank PLC in the UK. Her passion is to help develop the next generation of finance business leaders to be inspired, transformational leaders who engage their teams for high performance and trust to unlock creativity, innovation and high levels of collaboration. Talita published her first book, 'The Authenticity Dilemma Resolved®' in 2016. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
