Whilst chest-freezers and 50 and 60 cm refrigerators are manufactured in Ezakheni (Ladysmith) factory and side-by-side refrigerators and the 55-cm refrigerators in East London. All the factories have ISO 9001-2009 Certificate of Quality. Defy also performs sales of aspirators, dishwashers, microwave ovens and gas ovens.
