Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Pietermaritzburg Chamber of Business, which will take place at 5.30pm on the 26th July 2017 at Chamber House, Royal Showgrounds.

According to the Memorandum of Incorporation, the quorum requirement for a meeting of members is representation of 5% of the membership entitled to vote. Because our chamber is a large chamber, it would be prudent to collect as many proxies as possible in order to ensure that the meeting is quorate.  To this end, I would ask you to please, either confirm your attendance at the AGM, or complete a proxy form and submit it to pcb@pcb.org.za as soon as possible. 

The PCB AGM will be followed by the AGM of Business Fighting Crime.
