Pietermaritzburg Chamber - Call for Support Sponsorship & Prizes for the Nedbank PCB Annual Banquet

We are pleased to be able to offer you the following partnership opportunities relative to the Nedbank PCB Annual Banquet, which takes place on the 10th November in Hall 8 at the Royal Showgrounds. This is a signature event on the PCBâ€™s calendar at which our Business Awards are presented. Attendance figures range between 450 and 600 people. This year itâ€™s a jazz theme â€" â€œGlitz, Sass & Jazzâ€.

Options are:

For an amount of R50 000, we are delighted to be able to offer you the following benefits as a support sponsor:

Acknowledgement of the partnership at the event;
Branding at the event commensurate with sponsorship (50% of naming-rights and media sponsor);
Logoâ€™s on all marketing collateral relative to the event, in line with sponsorship contribution (50% of naming-rights and media sponsor);
1 table of 10 at the event (near the front);

For an amount of R25 000, you can sponsor either the comedian (Alan Committee) or the Jazz Quartet (The Melvyn Peters Quartet). Benefits as follows:

Acknowledgement of the partnership at the event;
Branding on stage for the duration of the sponsored entertainment;
Acknowledgement of sponsorship in the programme;
Logoâ€™s on all marketing collateral relative to the event in line with sponsorship contribution (25% of naming-rights and media sponsor); and
4 tickets to the event.

For an amount of R15 000, you can sponsor the table wine for the evening. Benefits as follows:

Acknowledgement of the partnership at the event;
â€œSponsored byâ€ tags on the wine bottles;
Acknowledgement of sponsorship in the programme;
Logoâ€™s on all marketing collateral relative to the event in line with sponsorship contribution (15% of naming-rights and media sponsor);
2 Tickets to the event.

For an amount of R10 000, you can sponsor champagne and orange juice on arrival. Benefits as follows:

Acknowledgement of the partnership at the event;
Acknowledgement of sponsorship in the programme;
Logoâ€™s on all marketing collateral relative to the event in line with sponsorship contribution (10% of naming-rights and media sponsor);
Branding at Registration.

Please note that we are not able to accommodate sponsorship proposals from businesses that are in direct competition with our existing sponsors: Nedbank, The Witness and CHC Catering.

Members will be accommodated on a first-come-first-served basis.

We are also calling for lucky draw prizes for the event. All prizes should have a minimum value of R500.
