Nedbank PCB Annual Banquet 20172017-12-07 As is the custom, the 2017 Pietermaritzburg Chamber of Business / Nedbank Business Awards, held on
10 November at the Royal Showgrounds, was a glamourous affair. A veritable galaxy of accolades covering most business sectors were handed out. Hulamin scooped the coveted Business of the Year in the manufacturing sector, runners up in this sector were Pressure Die Castings and Preformed Line Products. Poobie Naidoo Sports Wholesalers was the winner in the retail sector. The Medium Business of the Year award went to Colour Display, runner-up was Brink Towing Systems. Small Business of the Year went to Training Leadership Consulting, runner-up was Sagewood Café. Champion Entrepreneur of the Year was awarded to Omy Naidoo. Social Enterprise of the Year (medium) was awarded to Msunduzi Hospice Association and Social Enterprise of the Year (small) to Singakwenza Education and Health. |
