Invitation to partake in the KZN Funding Fair 2014

The inaugural KZN Funding Fair, an exciting public/private partnership between Deloitte KZN, the KZN Provincial Treasury and the Department of Economic Development and Tourism, saw more than R300 million of funding secured for corporate development projects across various industries in 2013.

The annual KZN Funding Fair, scheduled to take place in April 2014, will allow entrepreneurs and project promoters to:

• hear valuable insights into how to prepare for and present project pitches to funders through educational presentations
• interact one-on-one with various project funders

Submit your project for consideration

The KZN Funding Fair allows the unique opportunity for selected entrepreneurs and project promoters to pitch their projects to a group of representatives from various funding institutions. Should you be an entrepreneur or project promoter who would be interested in submitting your project, kindly complete the online form at www.kznfundingfair.co.za by 2 March 2014.

Your project is required to meet the following criteria:

• Minimum funding requirement should be R15m
• Project must be based in KwaZulu-Natal
• Only shortlisted projects will pitch to potential funders

Please note that the pitching sessions will be closed to the public to protect your confidentiality.
