Presented by: Wilhelm Crous
About the speaker:Wilhelm Crous is the Managing Director
and Founder of Knowledge Resources, established in 1991. Wilhelm previously
served as the Executive Director of the Institute of Personnel Management (IPM)
from 1981 to 1991 and is also a past chairman of the South African Board for
People Practices (SABPP). His experience includes part time and guest lecturer
at various business schools and universities, including the University of
Johannesburg. Wilhelm holds an MBA from the University of Stellenbosch.
He made numerous presentations and speeches at local and international conferences and has published many articles.
