Property development company, the eLan Group is upbeat about KwaZulu-Natal becoming the country’s next big property story. And despite the recent economic downturn; development activity in the region is fast gaining momentum with large interest around tourism and residential development.

Property across Paris made astronomical gains with the prices of apartments close to some stadia rocketing by over 100% over the same period.
“We are expecting the same result in KwaZulu-Natal,” said Taylor, “and our province has so much more to offer with value for money coastal property, excellent tourist attractions, convenient tourism facilities and a year round warm climate.”
