There is a desperate need for socio-economic growth and expansion in this coastal corridor and what is most certainly required is innovation, creativity and enterprise development that is needs and purpose-driven. Most importantly, what is also needed is a vision that is embraced with an attitude that refuses to fail and to build a team of committed and dedicated business professionals; that are guided by a moral compass and also totally united to provide the essential infrastructure for effective and efficient service delivery. And we have them!
The need for mutually-beneficial and meaningful public and private sector partnerships can now never be overemphasised and significant progress has been made in forging these coalitions and relationships. While also providing a united and collective voice to the public sector for the improved levels of service delivery, increased performance, transparency, responsibility and accountability; a non-confrontational approach has also earned mutual trust and a high level of respect and recognition from all the government and municipal departments that are sincerely committed to achieving meaningful and sustainable change in our region.
Our foundations are laid in the ethos of unity, prosperity and integrity and this has been a solid grounding.
